Shipping and returns, without the fine print.

We ship across Canada and to the continental United States from our facility in Markham, Ontario.

For orders outside these regions, write to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you.

Orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day are usually packed the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Ontario and Quebec: two to four business days.

Rest of Canada: three to seven business days.

United States: five to ten business days, customs permitting.

Flat rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.

Canadian orders over one hundred dollars ship at no charge.

Unopened products can be returned within thirty days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

For opened products, write to us first. If a formula did not suit you, we would rather hear about it than have you keep something that sits unused.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the return arriving.

If a parcel arrives damaged, send a photo to grouplanlay@gmail.com within seven days and we will replace it.

If tracking stalls for more than five business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.
